Eimear delivers short one- hour psychological wellbeing at work sessions. She recently developed a longer one day programme:

Becoming Unstuck Moving Forward (with hope, belief and perspective)

Format

This programme can be run either as an in- company training course or as four one on one coaching sessions. A public programme is being planned for the autumn.
