About Eimear

Eimear Barry founded LDC in 2004 as a training and executive coaching consultancy. LDC provides training and coaching to build and enhance individual and organizations leadership and management capabilities as well as providing wellness programmes.

Eimear holds a Degree in Psychology, a Masters in Clinical Psychology, a Graduate Diplomas in Human Resource Management and a Graduate Diploma in Leadership and Innovation. She is a member of the British Psychological Society, a Fellow of the IITD and a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD.

Prior to founding LDC, Eimear held a number of Learning and Development roles in Ireland and the UK. This included 8 years as Head of Learning and Development with JP Morgan Chase European Mutual Fund Services. During her time with JPMorgan she was chairperson of the Irish Fund Industry Association Training Committee and was a member of the Institute of Bankers Funds Faculty Board.

Eimear is also a lecturer with Griffith College where she lectures on the Diploma in Leadership. She has coauthored a book on workplace communication which was published in 2004.

For many years Eimear has been partnering with Aware to deliver programmes based on cognitive behavioural therapy.
