Course Overview

A key factor in an organisations success is its ability to recruit the right people. It is important that those interviewing have a clear understanding of exactly what they are looking for. This programme is designed to help them assess a candidate in terms of not just their technical ability but also their personal qualities and the likelihood of their fitting in successfully with the rest of the team.


Delegates learn to analyse CVs carefully and plan and prepare for interview. This programme highlights the importance of active listening and questioning techniques. Delegates also learn the importance of respecting diversity keeping within legislation.


This programme also affords delegates an opportunity to practice the skills they develop in safe and relaxed environment.
