Course Overview

An important challenge for many companies is the dilution of knowledge levels within their organisation. A key success factor is the ability to maximise internal technical expertise by providing subject matter experts with skills to provide effective workshops and training programmes.

 

This programme provides delegates with a comprehensive understanding of both the learning and the training process. Delegates learn the skills of training needs analysis including comprehensive task analysis. The programme covers how to set objectives and structure training material to best suit how adults learn. Delegates are given the opportunity to practice the skills, which they have learned in a safe and supportive environment.
